Protein Bars
We can start saying that the rhythym of our life style today doesn’t help us to follow a correct and healthy diet. Often we feel hungry during the day, and for people who works that does mean : sandwich or fat snacks.
So when we talk about bars the words more used are:
Protein bars, energy bars, bars iper proteic ,food supplement bars or protein diet bars.
You can call them as you want but we can divide them in two types: protein bars and diet bars.
Today we will talk about the first one.
Many people eat snacks at will full of fat (snacks, pizza, sandwich etc.) and hardly you can lose weight or gain muscle mass with those choices.
The snacks are very important in everyday diet but we must choose well!!.
So then you can focus on protein bars (obviously of good quality).

In the market there are an infinite number.
How to choose a good protein bar?
Please note that the proteins are essential nutrients and we must make sure we eat an adequate amount in the every day diet . Not only because acting in synergy with our enzymes are able to build antibodies that protect us from infections, but also because they are the main constituents of our muscles, bones, cartilage, skin, hair, etc..
They are generally healthy and nutrient solutions that satisfy the appetite even removing the need to eat something good that gives energy without overloading. Of course as for everything we must not abuse of it and not replace the main meal of the diet with the protein bars!.
